What we collect

There are two forms on the site and both collect only what you type:

• Contact form: name, company (optional), email, phone, the service you are interested in, and your message.
• Store quote list: name, company (optional), email, phone, your message and the products you added to the list.
• Both forms also record your IP address and browser string, used solely to prevent abuse.

Why we collect it

Your data is processed only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and carry out pre-contractual discussions. We do not send marketing messages without your consent.

Who we share it with

Form data is never sold or transferred for marketing. Only the infrastructure providers required to run the service are involved: the hosting provider for the site and database, and the email provider that carries enquiry notifications. Disclosure to public authorities is made where legally required.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for the duration of the business relationship and any statutory retention period afterwards. Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted within two years at the latest. Write to us if you want yours deleted sooner.

Cookies and measurement

Cookies strictly necessary for the site to work are used. Measurement tools are also loaded through Google Tag Manager to understand visits and advertising performance; these may set cookies and transfer data such as your IP address to Google.

Measurement and advertising cookies do not run unless you consent through the banner shown on your first visit. You can withdraw that consent at any time: the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page reopens the banner.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site.

Your rights

Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK art. 11) you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed and request information about it
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request erasure or destruction
• Request that corrections and erasures be notified to third parties the data was transferred to
• Object to a result reached solely through automated analysis
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
